The Art Colony Association is proud to announce Jonah Ballard as the Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park 2025 Featured Artist! Jonah is an acrylic painter from Phoenix, Arizona. Dreamlike and transformative, Ballard’s work blends western spirit with a deep sense of inner awakening. With his signature pink palette and open-ended storytelling, each piece invites viewers to find familiarity in the unknown.​​
